Today was my blood test to confirm my pregnancy. I went to see Dr. Hershlag this morning and gave blood. Around 1:00pm, I got a phone call from Dr. Hershlag and he said I am definitely pregnant! My Beta HCG number was 329. I thought it was a little bit low for my first number, but apparently Beta numbers vary GREATLY from person to person and the average range for where I am in my pregnancy varies by the thousands! Beta numbers are supposed to double every 2 days so hopefully when I go for my sono and blood work next Thursday, my number is much higher!
But, the doctor said it was a great number and everything is good to go!
